What size should I order?
We have tried to make it as clear as possible with the comprehensive measuring guide to click on. If you are still unsure please email (sarah173b@gmail.com) or send a facebook message.
Can I have my product personalised?
Some products have space to add your initials or name onto. There can be an option of these being stamped into the leather by hand, or alternatively a brass plate can be added on. Another option that could be available is your colours can be hand stitched on in cube or diamond shapes. Additional charges apply, and all personalised goods are non returnable or exchangeable. Please send a message to check.
How long will I need to wait for my order?
The aim is to get your order done quickly. We like to get UK orders to you within 3 - 7 days and will let you know if it is going to be any longer. We aim to have rest of the world orders to you within 10-14 days.
If I purchase a belt then lose or gain weight are you able to help adjust it?
Yes. Belts can be shortened by the buckle end. If necessary an extra piece of leather could be inserted to the belt to make it longer or alternatively treat yourself to another one to fit! The cost for a standard belt alteration is £12 and you will need to pay for the postage both ways.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Certainly, a lovely present for anybody who may appreciate English bridle leather accessories. Please check out our 'Accessories' page within the 'Shop'. Vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase,
Do I need to treat my leather product with anything?
The Sedgwick vegetable tanned leather used is generally fine and gets softer and more supple over the years but if it seems dry there are some good leather conditioners you can apply occasionally.
