A unique handmade belt with a fascinating talking point. The Marshalsay buckles were originally used by the fire services in the 19th century to allow the quick release of the rolled up fire hoses. They can be fastened in the conventional way but just flip the side of the buckle to quickly release. A beautiful belt with vintage appeal.
